ABOUT THE CLASS

This class is a fully interactive training experience designed to build a solid foundation in self-defense. It combines practical techniques with key combat principles and logical decision-making, helping you understand not just what to do, but why it works. Through guided partner practice, you’ll actively apply what you learn in a friendly and safe environment under the supervision of seasoned, caring coaches.

Open to all levels, this class requires no prior experience or specific physical conditioning. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

PARTICIPATION ELIGIBILITY

In order to participate, please:

• Register using the link above.
• Complete and sign our waiver form at least 2 hours before the class. Enter your full legal name as per your government-issued ID.
• Bring a government-issued ID.
• Remove all pieces of jewelry before the class.

The class is designed for people 18 years of age or older. For younger participants, guardians must contact us as soon as possible to assess whether they can attend.

CHECK-IN

At check-in, you will need to show a valid government-issued ID. The name on the documents must match the name on the waiver form.

Check-in closes 5 mins after the start time of the event. No participant will be accepted beyond that time.

WHAT TO WEAR

Please wear comfortable gym clothes, and preferably a white T-shirt. If possible, avoid wearing a black or red top.

To avoid any injury to you and other participants, rings, earrings and other hard pieces of jewelry MUST be removed before the class.

SAFETY RULES

Please be respectful of other participants, S.O Coaches and staff, and follow the safety rules provided by the school. Participants who fail to follow the rules will be dismissed.
